Dimitri is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Bachelor of Finance. Dimitri joins Hailston & Co with over 10 years of experience, having worked in one of the big four banks and one of the big four accounting firms in Sydney and Adelaide.
In addition to his experience within these high-profile organisations, Dimitri was previously General Manager for a successful professional services business and more recently a consultant to a number of Not for Profit organisations across Australia. This valuable experience provided Dimitri with a unique perspective on the role that processes can play in an organisation, as well as the importance of cash-flow and strategic financial management.
